Glenmorangie Astar 2017 Release (52,5%)

The Glenmorangie Astar 2017 Release is a special release of the Astar from 2008. Back then it matured in Ozark casks until it was discontinued in 2012. This 2017 release is also made from the same casks and was bottled at cask strength of 52,5% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: honeycomb, caramel and peach syrup

Palate: nutmeg and ginger with roasted pecan and hazelnut ice cream

Finish: salted fudge with vanilla ice and mint
