The Glengoyne Cask Strength Batch 7 is the seventh release in the Cask Strength series of Glengoyne. This Highlands single malt has matured in bourbon casks (5%), first fill sherry casks (32%) and refill sherry casks (63%) and was bottled at natural cask strength of 58.9%, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: warm vanilla sauce with pepper, strawberries, oatmeal cookies, oaky aromas and a hint of pepper

Palate: a good balance between sweet aromas, ripe fruit like bananas and cane sugar
