Glencadam 25yo

De Glencadam 25 years old is a Highlands single malt from the relatively unknown Glencadam distillery. A limited release of 1600 bottles matured in ex bourbon casks. Bottled in 2016 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: salty malt with exotic fruit and a hint of a cigar box

Palate: complex with a mix of guave fruit, hazelnuts and almonds with rich oak notes

Finish: long and soft with oak spices, ginger and pepper
