Glen Garioch 16yo Renaissance 2nd Chapter (51,4%)

The Glen Garioch 16 years old Renaissance Chapter 2 is the successor of the first release from 2014. Distilled shortly after the distillery reopened in 1997 and a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. Bottled at 51,4% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: fruity and spicy with rich aromas of butterscotch, green apple, malt, pears, heather honey and vanilla

Palate: orange zest, warm oak spices, honeycomb, toffee, cream, lemon and ginger with vanilla ice

Finish: orange marmalade with spiced apple pie, roasted almonds and nectarines
