The Dalwhinnie Distillers Edition 1996 - 2012 is a 17 years old Highland single malt in the Diageo 2012 Distillers Edition series. Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2012 at 43%. Double matured with a finish in ex-Oloroso sherry casks.

Nose: gentle, dry and light smoky

Palate: notes of oak, citrus, sweet sherry and peat

Finish: long with aromas of sweet sherry
