Dalmore 12yo

The Dalmore 12 years old is a Highland single malt matured in American white oak casks (50%) and ex-oloroso sherry casks (50%) from Jerez de la Frontera. The use of these type of casks results in a perfect balance between the spirit, the influences of the wood and the maturation.

Colour: dark gold

Nose: first hints of coffed, roasted nuts and blackberry jelly with aromas of oranges, vanilla and some chocolate

Palate: aromas of orange liqueur, chocolate and marmalade followed by spicy notes of anis and cloves

Finish: good balance between aromas of Grand Marnier liqueur and hints of vanilla and oranges
