An Cnoc Black Hill Reserve (1 liter)

The AnCnoc Black Hill Reserve is a travel retail exclusive from this Highlands distillery. The Black Hill Reserve takes its name from Knockdhu, meaning the Black Hill in Gaelic, the most distinctive feature in the landscape around the village of Knock and the origin of our purer than pure water source. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks and shows that classic, crisp anCnoc style you may remember from its Luggage predecessor. It was bottled in 2014 at 46% ABV in a 1 liter bottle, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: honey, lemon and green apple

Palate: again honey, lemon and green apple complemented by oak and spicy vanilla

Finish: medium long with fresh notes and vanilla
