An Cnoc Stack

The An Cnoc Stack is the 6th release in the Peaty Collection series after the Peatlands, Tushkar, Flaughter, Cutter and Rascan. All are named after a tool for cutting peat. Stack refers to the last part of the process at which the peat is stapled to dry. The Stack itself matured for over 10 years in ex bourbon asks and has 20 ppm. It was bottled in 2016 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited release of 6000 bottles.

Nose: peat smoke, lemon, oranges, honey and vanilla

Palate: earthy peat smoke with dark chocolate and green apples

Finish: long and smoky
