Springbank 10yo

The Sprinbank 10 years old is the youngest release in the core range of this Campbeltown distillery. This single malt has matured in both sherry and bourbon casks and is bottled at 46%, non chill filtered. This is the bottling in the new design (released in the summer of 2017).

Nose: real Springbank sixties style with phenols and minerals, wax, salty sea notes and bitter oranges

Palate: fat and oily notes, much more peatier than other Springbanks and just like some Longrow casks have been added, then notes of pepper, salt and waxy notes of lemon and orange

Finish: long and well structured with notes of lemon and some pepper
