The Blackadder Raw Cask Statement Springbank 19 years old 1996 is a Campbeltown single malt bottled by the independent bottler Blackadder. Distilled on the 24^th of May 1996 and matured in refill sherry hogshead 162. Bottled in September 2015 at natural cask strength of 57,7% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 218 bottles.

Nose: a fantastic balance between salty influences, new leather, tobacco, dried apricots and a hint of peat

Palate: clearly European oak with sweet tobacco, nuts and a whiff of bonfire

Finish: sweet, spicy and pungent at the same time
