Wemyss Kiln Embers

The Wemyss Kil Embers is a peated blended malt from the independent bottler Wemyss. A malt that is said to contain twice as much Islay whisky as the Peat Chimney, another Wemyss release. This Kiln Embers was bottled at 46% ABV and is a limited release of 12000 bottles.

Nose: citrus and smoke

Palate: plenty of warming, spicy ember notes with smoke, malt and spices

Finish: sweet peat that lasts long
