Description

The Shinshu Mars Maltage Cosmo is a blended malt of whisky’s from the small Japanese Shinshu distillery together with some Scottish malts. It was bottled in 2015 at 43% ABV.

Nose: soft vanilla with sweet red fruit

Palate: orange oil with chocolate, fresh barley and toasted oak

Finish: fresh plums and white grapes with cereals and chocolate biscuits
