Rock Island(5cl)

Rock Island is a maritime blended malt of Islands whisky's bottled by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. A vatted malt made from Jura, Arran, Orkney and Islay whisky's and a tribute to the sea and a small batch release made from the finest maritime malts. The price of opening the oyster is in this case no pearl but a remarkable, delicate and rich whisky with aromas of the sea. Bottled at 46,8% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a 5cl miniature.

Nose: salt oceans, fresh citrus notes and subtle peat smoke

Palate: subtle with soft peat, honey, moist ash, liquorice and later on also pepper

Finish: long with all aromas from the palate
