Kirkwall Bay

The Kirkwall Bay is an Orkney single malt from Highland Park bottled by the independent bottler Morrison & Mackay. A small batch release and the successor of the Islay release The Big Strand and Speyside release Riverflow. Bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: oranges with salted caramel, grass, white pepper and bee wax

Palate: vanilla with white spices, salty sea influences and warming pepper

Finish: rich and spicy, long and warming
