Adelphi Glenborrodale Batch 5 8yo

The Adelphi Glenborrodale Batch 5 8 years old is a blended malt bottled by the independent bottler Adelphi. 8 years old and made from malts of Highland Park, Bunnahabhain, Tamdhu and Glenrothes. 14 years ago this blend was transferred to sherry butts and now it is reinforced with a 8 years old sherry cask release from Glenrothes.

Nose: coco cookies, chocolate muffins and a hint of fresh lemon and cheese curd

Palate: pineapple, cake with lemon marmalade and caramel bits at a warm bonfire

Finish: very subtle smoke with toffee sweetness
