The New Zealand Whisky Collection Single Malt 25yo (50cl)

The New Zealand Whisky Collection Single Malt 25 years old is an older New Zealand whisky made from 100% New Zealand malted barley in the Willowbank distillery. It matured for 25 years in ex bourbon casks before being bottled at 40% ABV in a 50cl bottle, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: subtle smoke, yellow fruit and drying grass

Palate: sweet malt, yellow fruit, vanilla and light peat influences

Finish: light, silky and with delicate oak and sweetness
