The New Zealand Whisky Collection High Wheeler 21yo (35cl)

The New Zealand Whisky Collection High Wheeler 21 years old is an older New-Zealand blend whisky made from 70% single malt and 30% premium grain, of unmalted barley, distilled at the Dunedin distillery. Matured in ex-bourbon casks for 21 years and bottled at 43% ABV in an 35cl bottle, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: elegant aromas of baked pear, vanilla and floral aromas

Palate: pear sweetness with clean aromas

Finish: chili pepper with a long, salty and sweet finish
