The Millstone Peated PX Sherry is a lightly peated Dutch single malt whisky from Zuidam Distillers. It was distilled in October 2010 and matured in first and second fill Pedro Ximenez shrry casks. It was bottled in April and May 2017 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.
