Millstone American Oak

The Millstone American Oak is Dutch single malt from Zuidam Distillers. A non age statement release matured in American oak casks and bottled at 43% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: a subtle tropical fruitiness with vanilla, coconut and a hint of spices. This develops into warm aromas of sweet oranges and honey

Palate: fruity and surprisingly fresh with rich honey sweetness, delicate spicy notes that develop into bitter oranges with chocolate raisins

Finish: medium long and pleasant with orange, oak spices and a slight hint of subtle bitterness that adds complexity
