The Chita Grain is a Japanese single grain whisky from Suntory. It was named after the Chita distillery in the Aichi prefecture. A grain distillery which is not releasing which spirit is mostly used for the blends. The Chita Single Grain is an exception and was bottled at 43% ABV.
Nose: crème brulee, cardamom, Acacia honey and rose petals
Palate: mild and soft with munt and lots of honey
Finish: spiced oak with subtle bittersweet aromas
