The Hinotori Blended is a Japanese blended whisky from the Hinotori distillery. Hinotori, which means Fenix in Japanese, was founed in 1949 on the island of Honshu. This blend is at least 5 years old and matured in Mizunara oak casks. It was bottled at 43% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.
