Hibiki Japanese Harmony

The Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blend made from malts of Yamazaki and Hakushu as well as Chita grain whisky. It matured in five different cask types including bourbon, sherry and Mizunara (Japanese oak). It was bottled at 43% ABV.

Nose: floral with pines and sandalwood

Palate: caramel, honey, cinnamon, candied orange zest, nutmeg, rosemary and smoke

Finish: medium long with dark chocolate and honey
