Milk & Honey Classic

The Milk & Honey Classic is the first official core range single malt from the Israeli Milk & Honey distillery in Tel Aviv. This single malt matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and Red Wine STR casks and was bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: fresh and slightly sweet with aromas of vanilla, earthy influences and later on also floral aromas

Palate: slightly sweet and spicy with white pepper, nuts, cereals, honey, caramel and red fruit

Finish: medium long with a pleasant sweetness of caramel, honey, white pepper and red wine tannins
