Milk & Honey Elements Red Wine Cask 6cl sample

The Milk & Honey Elements Red Wine Cask is the second single malt release in the Elements series by the Milk & Honey distillery in Tel Aviv, Israel. This first red wine cask release matured in bourbon casks followed by a finish in kosher Israeli red wine casks. It was bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a 6cl sample.

Nose: gentle and clean with not too much tannins, some aromas of red fruit, a hint of sourness, oak and some minerals

Palate: a light sweetness with again a sour touch, light tannins, red fruit, oak, vanilla and some floral aromas

Finish: medium long with leather, fruit wine tannins and a hint of grapes and cinnamon
