Milk & Honey Elements Peated 6cl sample

The Milk & Honey Elements Peated is the third single malt release in the Elements series by the Milk & Honey distillery in Tel Aviv, Israel. This first peated release matured in bourbon casks and ex Islay casks. It was bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a 6cl sample.

Nose: light peat aromas with minerals, vanilla and a hint of citrus

Palate: smoke and soot are more present compared to the nose. This time complemented by aromas of charcoal, pepper, ginger, damp earth and oak spices

Finish: long and lightly spiced with earthy and spicy aromas
