The Paul John Peated Select Cask Cask is an Indian single malt whisky distilled by John Distilleries in Goa. This is a peated bottling that has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels. It was bottled at cask strength of 55,5% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: Walnut, barley sugar sweets and classic earthy peat notes. A touch of salt.

Palate: More BBQ smoke, more sugar, more slightly damp earthy notes. Hints of tropical fruit and spice.

Finish: Bitter orange peels on the finish
