Paul John Edited 5cl

The Edited is a peated single malt from the Indian Paul John distillery. A vatted malt of which 15% is peated with Scottish peat. It has a PPM level of 20 to 25 PPM. The whisky is 4 to 5 years old, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a 5cl miniature.

Nose: very light and sweet notes of smoke and peat with honey, malt, liquorice, vanilla, dried apple, something floral and a hint of medicines

Palate: peat smoke with less sweet but more medicinal notes, sweet notes of fruit  like apple and mango, honey, cinnamon, butter and liquorice

Finish: a good balance between peat smoke and sweet and spicy notes
