Paul John Christmas Edition 2019

The Paul John Christmas Edition 2019 is a special Christmas release from the Indian single malts of Paul John. This is their second Christmas release. A lightly peated Indian single malt finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks before being bottled at 46% ABV as a limited edition of 3.000 bottles.

Nose: pralines, baked apples, caramel cheese cake, orange blossom honey and salted chocolate

Palate: lightly sweetened with heather honey and raisins, dried prunes, mocha and light smoke

Finish: long and spicy with aromas of nuts and smoke
