Paul John Brilliance 5cl

The Brilliance is the first regular release of the Indian Paul John distillery. Released in 2012 and part of  the core range of this distillery. A non peated single malt matured in bourbon casks for 4 to 5 years. Bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour and awarded with 94/100 points in Jim Murray's 2014 Whisky Bible. This is a 5cl miniature.

Nose: pretty complex with malt, honey, vanilla, cereals, citrus, pineapple, butter, toast, toffee, oak and a hint of cinnamon

Palate: sweet and malty in the beginning followed by honey, toffee, vanilla, cocoa, tropical fruit, green apple and light spices like nutmeg and cinnamon

Finish: drying with light wood aromas and a hint of honey, vanilla and spices
