Paul John Bold 5cl

The Paul John Bold is an Indian single malt whisky distilled by John Distilleries in Goa. This is peated release of which the malted barley was dried with Islay peat. It matured in bourbon barrels and was bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a 5cl miniature.

Nose: Fragrant toasted barley, dried grass, a little kipper smoke, citrus peels, green apple and brown sugar.

Palate: Honeyed oak and fruity coffee with that Islay peat again making its character gently known. Spicy porridge, lime and dry toast.

Finish: Peaty, peppered oak.
