The Amrut Fusion Single Malt is an Indian single malt containing both Scotch and Indian barley. It is the winner of the Whisky Bible Award 2010 with a score of 97 points out of 100. Bottled at 50% ABV.
Nose: clean with aromas of barley, caramel, subtle notes of blood orange, brown sugar, vanilla and a hint of peat
Palate: very refined with notes of plums, dark chocolate followed by aromas of oak, mocha, vanilla and herbs
Finish: long and full of orange and peat
