West Cork Blended Irish Whiskey Bourbon Cask

West Cork Distillers was founded in 2008 in Union Hall, West Cork, Ireland by three friends for life. The close friendship of these three people was the basis for a search for making the best spirit in the world: "We aim to be a centre of excellence for the distillation of brown spirits, and to deliver innovative products to meet and stimulate international market demand" .

The West Cork Blended Irish Whiskey Bourbon Cask is a classic Irish blend matured in bourbon casks. It was bottled at 40% ABV, chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: sweet fruit and malt

Palate: vanilla, malt, fruit, cream and pastry

Finish: medium long with a trace of vanilla
