The Whistler 10yo How The Years Whistle By

The Whistler 10 years old How The Years Whistle By is an Irish single malt whiskey from the Boan distillery. It matured in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks and was bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: fruit with lemon cake, orange zest, vanilla, milk coffee and sultanas

Palate: soft and mouth coating with salted caramel, roasted meat, dried fruit and Christmas cake

Finish: medium long with Christmas cake and salted caramel
