The Irishman Founder’s Reserve Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish

The Irishman Founders Reserve is a  fabulous Irish blend of 70% single malt whiskey and 30% single pot still whiskey. After being triple distilled, the Irishman Founder's Reserve is aged in bourbon casks. This release was finished in Oloroso sherry casks. In this case cask 1504 with a turnout of 942 bottles, bottled at 46% ABV.

Nose: red fruit and white pepper

Palate: plenty rich with a glorious mouth-feel. More ripe fruits, paired with vanilla and cinnamon

Finish: very long
