Teeling Small Batch Rum Cask Finish

Teeling Small Batch Rum Cask Finish is an Irish small batch blend whiskey with a very high malt percentage. All the whisky's used for this blend are married in ex-rum casks and have matured in them for an unknown time. Bottled at 46% ABV instead of the usual Irish 40% ABV and non chill filtered.

Nose: sewn grass and orange blossom, a hint of allspices and vanilla, apple cake, black berries and a hint of sweet rum

Palate: very spicy and rich with aromas of lemon curd, creamy vanilla, rum, wood and a hint of dried spices and cinnamon

Finish: creamy and sweet with spices and a hint of wood
