Teeling Single Pot Still

The Teeling Single Pot Still is the first whiskey from Dublin in over 50 years. In 2015 the Teeling distillery opened it’s doors and is made of a unique mashbill of 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley. It’s the first regular release of the Teeling distillery and it matured in virgin oak, ex bourbon and ex wine casks. This is Batch 2 bottled in January 2019 at 46% ABV as a limited release of 6.000 bottles.

Nose: hibiscus, honeycomb, white grapes, grapefruit and citrus

Palate: lychees, white grapes, white pepper, warm roasted peaches and freshly baked biscuits

Finish: dry with a hint of spices, toasted almonds and maple sugar
