Teeling Renaissance Series No. 1 18yo Ex-Madeira Cask Finish

The Teeling Renaissance Series No. 1 18 years old Ex-Madeira Cask Finish is an older Irish single malt whiskey bottled by Teeling and the first release in their Renaissance Series as a successor of the Revival series. This Teeling matured in ex bourbon casks followed by an 18 month finish in ex-Madeira casks. It was bottled in November 2019 as a limited of 9.000 bottles at 46% ABV.

Nose: ripe red fruit with figs, cinnamon and toffee

Palate: creamy red apples, dried fruit, rose water, cinnamon and cloves

Finish: dry with spicy aromas and a hint of Maraschino cherries
