Clonakilty Single Grain Bordeaux Cask Finish 6cl sample

The Clonakilty Single Grain Bordeaux Cask Finish is an Irish grain whiskey released by the Clonakilty distillery. A release in the Cask Finish Series which matured in bourbon casks followed by a Bordeaux cask finish. This is batch 7 bottled at 43,6% ABV as a limited release of 1200 bottles. This is a 6cl sample.

Nose: toasted oak with sweet red berries

Palate: fruity with aromas of strawberries, honey, vanilla and wood spices

Finish: wood spices and a hint of black pepper
