Armorik Maître de Chai (47,3%)

The Armorik Maître de Chai is a French single malt from Brittany. This whisky comes from the Warenghem distillery. Armorik is the Gaelic name for Brittany  and the people from Brittany feel strongly connected to Scotland, Ireland and Wales. They have large Gaelic influences which are e.g. expressed in the logo of Armorik. The Maître de Chai comes from warehouse 2 where the special Armorik casks are stored . This is a limited release of 1000 bottles bottled at 47,3% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: soft with apples and yellow fruit

Palate: a nice mixture of fruit with some bitterness

Finish: long with fruit, some bitterness and lemon
