The Lakes The One Fine Blended Sherry Cask Finish is a blended whisky release from The Lakes distillery in England.  A blend of selected grain whiskies and Speyside and Islay single malts. This release of The One was finished in Oloroso and PX sherry casks for a full year before being bottled at 46,6% ABV.

Nose: dates and raisins with polished wood

Palate: dates, raisins and nuts with dark chocolate and a hint of smoke

Finish: long and warm
