Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky 2014 Odyssey Barley Batch 6

The Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky 2014 Odyssey Barley Batch 6 is the second ever whisky made entirely in the Cotswolds. It was distilled in 2014 from Odyssey barley from the Bradwell Grove Farm and matured in ex-bourbon casks and reconditioned red wine casks. A true local barley whisky bottled in April 2018 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. Batch 6 is a limited release of 5950 bottles.

Nose: honey and butterscotch with peaches, apricots, marzipan and oak

Palate: rich in tannins, olive oil, caramelized sugar and lots of spices

Finish: Sevilla oranges coated in sugar with toffee and milk chocolate
