The Slyrs Single Malt Whisky Pedro Ximenez Cask Finish is a German single malt whisky from the Slyrs distillery in Bavaria. This single malt matured in new American white oak casks followed by a finish in Pedro Ximenez (PX) sherry casks. It was bottled at 46% ABV.

Nose: fruity with winter aromas of dried prunes and berries

Palate: lightly sweetened and spiced

Finish: delicate with a hint of raisins
