The Westland American Single Malt Whiskey is a single malt from the Westland distillery in Seattle. This ‘regular’ single malt was made of five different barley types from Washington; Munich, extra special, brown, pale chocolate and Washington Select. Combined with Belgian brewers yeast this creates an American single malt matured in three types of (virgin) American oak casks; Cooper’s Select New American Oak, Cooper’s Reserve New American Oak and first fill ex bourbon barrels. Matured at least 24 months and bottled at 46% ABV.
