The Rittenhouse Rye Bottled in Bond 100 Proof is a rye whiskey Pennsylvanian style bottled at 100 proof a.k.a. 50% ABV. A release by Heaven Hill with a mashbill of 51% Rye, 37% Corn and 12% Malted Barley.

Nose: fruit and grains with dried bananas, cereals and peach

Palate: peach and dried banana with pepper, an a-typical rye which is much lighter and contains more fruit aromas

Finish: leather, lightly toasted oak and classic rye spices
