Description

Noah’s Mill Small Batch is a bourbon from the Small Batch Boutique Bourbon Collection from Kentucky Bourbon Distillers. Until 2012 this whiskey was bottled at the age of 15 hence the age statement no longer exists as they could not keep up with the demand. This batch, batch 18-13, consists of 4 to 20 year old bourbons from a variety of distilleries and mash bills. It is bottled at 57,15% ABV.

Nose: soft with sweet honey, caramel and toasted oak

Palate: powerful and complex with toffee, caramel and toasted oak

Finish: slightly spiced with sweet honey aromas
