Michter’s US #1 Small Batch Sour Mash is a replica from the distillery’s most popular product in the 80’s and 90’s. Whiskey made from mash from the last batch to start the fermentation process for a new batch. Made from a unique selection of grains and bottled at 43% ABV.

Nose: very different than bourbon with cinnamon, caramel, butter and almonds

Palate: a hint of pepper, sweet and fruity

Finish: mild and soft
