The Jim Beam White is a nice Kentucky bourbon with a German touch. What we now know as Jim Beam was once started by 'Herr Boehm' who emigrated to the USA. After his name bastardized to Beam and after the reclamation in 1933, when the family still as in the whiskey business, they started the Jim Beam distillery. Nowadays this distillery is known because it produces the best selling bourbon in the world.
The White Label is also known as the 'Original' and is distilled at very low temperature of 62,5% and a pretty high percentage of rye. After 4 years the result is this nice bourbon.
