The Balcones Texas Single Malt Classic Edition is an American single malt whisky from the Balcones distillery in Waco, Texas. This single malt matured in ex bourbon casks before being bottled at 53% ABV.

Nose: freshly baked banana bread with aromas of honey and vanilla, a hint of cedarwood, roasted chestnuts and cream

Palate: some esters with aromas of orchard fruit, brown sugar and molasses

Finish: warm with aromas of oak, bread and malt
