Balcones Baby Blue Corn

The Balcones Baby Blue Corn was the first Texas whisky from the Balcones distillery in Waco. A corn whisky made of blue corn and bottled at 46% ABV.

Nose: soft vanilla aromas with candied fruit zests, caramelized bananas, toasted oak and a hint of cereals

Palate: rich, thick and with dark caramel, baked apple, baking spices and salted butter

Finish: spiced and lightly sweet with a medium long finish
