Kingsbarns Family Reserve Limited Release 2020 (59,2%)

The Kingsbarns Family Reserve Limited Release 2020 is a 3 years old cask strength Lowlands single malt from the Kingsbarns distillery. This first Family Reserve release is a cask strength variant of the Dream to Dram. 90% of the whisky matured in first fill bourbon casks and 10% in STR casks. This 2020 Limited Release was bottled at 59,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a release of 3000 bottles.

Nose: lots of fruit like apples, pears and peach with lemon cream

Palate: powerful with vanilla, fresh waffles, sweet malt aromas, fruit, cloves and a hint of chili chocolate

Finish: complex and ripe
